Metal Gear Solid V Turns 6 Years Old

Hideo Kojima’s final Metal Gear turns 6 years old today.

When it comes to The Phantom Pain opinions still tend to be divided. There, of course, are people who would deem this the single greatest stealth combat game ever produced to date – and there are some that would have you believe it couldn’t be any further away than feeling like a Metal Gear Solid game.

Having not played it myself, I cannot really say.

Anyway, Hideo Kojima himself has been happy to share in the celebrations, retweeting fan tweets in support.

So, happy birthday to Metal Gear Solid V and here’s to another year that we don’t get a Metal Gear Solid remake. 🍻
